The Pettee House
For Care Beyond Assisted Living
The Pettee House, part of the Stone Institute, is a warm and welcoming,
not-for-profit, retirement community. This rest home, an alternative to assisted
living, provides added security for greater peace of mind, and is designed for
seniors who may need a little help with daily activities and who would benefit from
the support of the community, in the lovely town of Newton Upper Falls. Pettee House
is managed by an executive director, under the supervision of the Stone Institute
Board of Directors.
The daily rate includes a private room, all meals, laundry, housekeeping and 24-hour support services.
All admissions are at the discretion of the Admissions Committee.
The Pettee House at the Stone Institute operates as a Level IV rest-home facility under
license by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health according to
applicable regulations. It is not a nursing home. A copy of those regulations is on
file for your review.
